By Your Grace, we have completed the May 2010 SR Tour in Sri Lanka with much joy and success. About 1000 seekers got their Self Realization between the 27th May – 9 th June 2010 and efforts are underway to have monthly classes and SR Programmes every quarter for these seekers.
Shri Mataji, the Sri Lankans are ready to receive Your Love and for this, we thank you Mother, for giving them a fresh lease in live as you have given us…

Ramakrishna Mission, Colombo

Leafleting was done in slum areas and in town. Newspaper adverts were placed, banners were up everywhere, halls were decorated with love and many seekers kept coming for their realization…
For the first time, SR Progs were held in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka

The crowd overflowed

Seekers were introduced to footsoaking..and a deep meditation was experienced

Seekers found their way to our residence too…

Hindu Sangam Hall, Colombo. Hall was booked and leaflets were printed on short notice. Still, seekers came in and were keen to learn about SY.

SR in Jaffna and Kaitady

Many seekers came.

Though Malaysia and Sri Lanka coordinated the SR Tour for May 2010, Australia was instrumental in support for all the programmes and India was generous with much needed materials for seekers. This made the Tour a truly SR journey in search of seekers….

Yogis

Travelling north to Sri Lanka to places like Jaffna and Kaitady requires a permit from the Ministry of Defence and visa for foreigners.
The 15 hour journey to the north from Colombo by bus/van is filled with scenes of nature, poverty, simplicity and remnants of the recent war...

Hot weather

Weather? It was hot....

Beauty everywhere…

The Sri Lanka Tour brought about a collectivity amongst different nations. Just like a Pooja. We experienced so much joy knowing that Sahaja Yoga is being easily accepted by a nation that has just recovered from years of war and pain.

We came to teach , but we went back learning even more ..about the struggles between good and evil and the need to illuminate light even more through self realization. Sri Lanka needs it as much as any other part of the world. The various SR Tours around the world is hope for humanity.

We hope more nations will join us in the monthly follow up classes and quarterly SR Programmes in Sri Lanka. We need as much help as possible from Tamil speaking and non- Tamil speaking yogis from all over the world.
